Dried Podina (Mint Leaves)

Dried Podina consists of cleaned and dried mint leaves from plants of the Mentha genus. Drying concentrates mint's familiar cool aroma and refreshing herbal flavour while making the leaves convenient for year-round kitchen use. The leaves can be gently crushed into raita, chutneys, salads, curries, marinades and spice blends or steeped in hot water to prepare a simple caffeine-free mint infusion. The product is sorted before packing to reduce excess stems and visible foreign material.
