Premium whole ajwain, commonly known as carom seeds or Tukhm-e-Ajwain and botanically identified as Trachyspermum ammi. Although commonly called seeds, the culinary spice consists of small dried aromatic fruits with a strong, warm, peppery, and thyme-like flavour. Ajwain is widely used in parathas, pakoras, mathri, namak para, breads, lentils, vegetable dishes, pickles, and traditional spice blends. It is supplied as a single-ingredient culinary spice and should not be presented as a proven treatment for digestive or other medical conditions.
